Blossom - COMMISSION

PRAISE THE GODS! I'm actually FINISHED a commission! I can hear you all collapsing in shock...

This little beauty has been a work in progress for over 2 years. Computer problems and time have ever been an issue with the two commissions I had left and now I only have ONE left...YAY!

I'm really, REALLY happy with the way this lovely little nymph has turned out. It's almost been worth the wait while I grew in technique and talent...almost...

So this is Blossom, a wood nymph. She's wearing clothing and jewelry inspired by the tang dynasty. She has pretty little blossoms and vines growing from her hair and I figured that I would leave them all open to make her seem alert and interested and contemplating mischievous things. I hope I was able to communicate that the blooms aren't just accessories...it wasn't an easy thing to try and do...

Isn't she beautiful? She belongs to the ever patient and fabulous ~kitrazzle. Seriously Kit...thank you SO much for your patience! I'm really lucky with you and Nadda because most people would have given up on me by now.

Critique is fine, but be aware that changed will not be made beyond the request of the commissioner. I would be happy to try any suggestions on my other piece...
